DEX C20 - Day 1

Well, I'm abandoning the Hoodia... after two days in a row of it not working well, and only having it work semi-decently 10% of the time, I've decided to try DEX-C20. It's a different plant (caralluma), but has the same appetite suppressant as Hoodia, plus extra (natural) ingredients to burn calories and increase energy.

The GNC guy says a lot of people return Hoodia, but he's never had someone return DEX, ever. I didn't know you could make returns! So this gives me hope, but I'm still not going to be overly dependent on this product, in case this doesn't work, either.

On other health news, I have been pretty good this week! Only a few pieces of candy, a Skinny Cow ice cream treat, and healthy lunches. I have also been going to the YM my usual days, and I started Pilates for Abs again. I figure if I want massive stomach fat reduction, I need to do Pilates again. I lost so many inches last time I got into a routine with that DVD, so I'm hopeful it'll work again, no problem. :)

I have been using Dex C20 for three weeks. I have not lost any weight and have in fact gained three pounds. I am disappointed but I am going to keep taking it because I am desparate and the direction says it takes one month for results.

From Anonymous 5/21:

I have used weight products for a while now and I will say they work. I see users of weight loss products complain that they gained weight on weigh loss products. They are missing out on the key incredients. You have to diet and exercise. Weight loss supplements only enhance your ability to shed wieght. They are not miracle pills. You have to work for it to work. [sentence omitted by Becky, due to web link] I have lost 5 pounds the first week. May I remind you that I diet and exercise too.

I have taken DEX C20 for about 6 weeks with my vitamins in the morning. I forgot I was taking it and yet I wondered why I lost 10lbs. I stopped working out since the end of June, so some could be muscle loss. I think the key is to forget about it. If you concentrate on it too much, you'll be asking yourself if its working and actually start focusing on eating. When you don't focus on it, you're shocked at how many hours went by and you forgot to eat.

Another supplement I tried was: the Acai Splash in my apple juice to take my vitamins. It's packed with anti-oxidants.

Additionally, I actually started drinking ice-cold water. Ice cold water vs. room temp water will keep your metabolism going. Your body has to burn calories to warm the water. The key for me has been to drink it out of a water bottle with a straw that i switch out every day. Always keep the bottle filled with ice and refill constantly with a gallon of water next to your desk.

Lastly, I find that dairy and white bread actually cling to my body and make me retain the weight.

Hope this helps.

I am sorry it did not work for you I really enjoy Dex – C20 I do not get the jittery feeling.

I also have been using Dex C-20. I lost 20 pounds. This pill is amazing! I have lots of energy and helps curves my appetite. I do work out 30 minutes a day. I started to eat fruits and vegetable, tuna, chicken and turkey. I do cheat occasionally but I work it off.
